Carl "Joseph" Kennedy is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and the designer of these items of unique jewelry.  He is a Certified Public Accountant by profession and has served in numerous high level financial positions.  In "semi-retirement" he found his artistic side when he and his wife, Cheryl, opened a gift shop.  It was in that endeavor that he began designing and manufacturing creative fashion jewelry.  We hope you appreciate the talents, time and love that went into each item.
